Phoenix comes to us from Yoshi & Us in
Slovakia and is co owned with Tiffany Evans of Alaskamal.
At only 15 months old Phoenix has been
competing extremely successfully internationally from baby puppy.
Phoenix is our 3rd special arrival for
the year. All of which mark the beginning of a new era at Mezen.

R.I.P TARSIEBELLE MON KAHLUA my beatuiful girl we will miss you so
much more than we can ever say.
From the very first night I had Kahlua when she slept
stretched out across my pillow all I wanted was for her to be MY DOG for
all her life. she gave me so much more than I could have asked for.
Firstly and foremost she was my special pet the one dog who really did
like me more than anyone else in the world. I was the person she would
listen to above anyone else and she would get so jealous when I gave
other dogs attention. When Mike can along she quickly learnt to listen
to him and she really became our dog rather than just mine. She would
come with me when I went Horse ridding although there when quite a few
occasions when she got side tracked and went chasing after a kangaroo
that crossed our path. Kahlua loved water and loved to swim, we use to
say she could find water in the desert. One of her favorite things to do
was go swimming in the dam then when we came back up to the house she
would wash off by jumping in the horses water trough, which always made
me laugh. When it rained not only did she like to be out in the rain she
liked to sit in the biggest puddle she could find. No matter what
happened in my life Kahlua always loved me and was always happy just to
see me. I sat with her as when she had her babies and I am glad that she
got to meet mine. Like most Samoyeds she really loved children. For
someone who grew up with dogs Kahlua was the first dog that was really
mine. Kahlua was such a truly special dog in so many ways but not only
for me but also for everything to others. I will never forget the day I
had visiting a person who had owned one of Kahlua's children and
tragically lost him very suddenly. He knelt down to Kahlua gave her a
big cuddle and thanked her for giving him such a beautiful dog that gave
him so much happiness.
I will always miss you Kahlua, You will live on in our hearts and
threw all your beautiful progeny throughout Australia and the world.
Kahlua is the Dam of Americus, Ice Man & Charlie (at
Mezen). Obi (at Alaskamal) and Mishka (at Icemist) and has offspring at
many kennels throughout Aust and the world including: Icemist, Snowispa,
Icemagik, Santaviga(UK), Arttulan(Fnl), Funny Fabric(Fnl) Ajana, Kimark,
Samooka, Snerzok, Airebis, Kietra.

Bella arrived happy and safe
late Wednesday 31 May and enjoyed a play with her new owners before the
drive back to Scotland. Jackie and Derek are very happy with their
newest addition and we wish them great success.

We are very proud that Bella has
grown into such a lovely young bitch.
Bella will be deeply missed by
all at Mezen especially by her brother Sadik who now has to find someone
else’s tail to pull!
But we are confident that she
will be very much loved and adored by all at the Pritchard home and in
no time at all will become the princess of the family.
We wish Jackie and Derek a long
